Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • If you decide to cancel the order after it has been dispatched.
  2. Incorrect Address or Contact Information:
    • If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details provided by you.
  3. Force Majeure Events:

  4. Perishable Items:
    • For perishable goods, refunds may not apply unless the issue is reported immediately upon delivery.

Refund Methods

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For payments made via cash, a refund will be issued as credits to your Ghartak Services Wallet.
